Flat-rate labor
You get a set price before I start — no meter running, no surprise hours. Labor is figured at a flat rate per job.
Minimum applies
Repairs are billed at the flat job rate or the $100 visit minimum — whichever is greater. That minimum covers travel, gas, and setup.
Parts are separate
The prices below are labor only. I’ll confirm any parts needed in your quote before we go ahead.
Quoted first
Every job is quoted and approved before I turn a wrench. No work happens without your OK.
Visit minimum
Every visit starts here. Small jobs are billed at the minimum — it’s what keeps me able to come to you.
Diagnostic
For tracking down the problem. If it runs past an hour it’s $75/hr from there — and I cut the diagnostic charge in half if you hire me for the repair.

Every visit has a $100 minimum that covers travel, gas, and setup. Repairs are billed at the flat job rate or that minimum, whichever is greater. Prices shown are starting labor estimates and don’t include parts, fluids, or shop supplies. Final price is confirmed in your quote before any work begins. Heavily rusted, seized, or hard-to-access jobs can run higher — if that’s the case, I’ll tell you before I start, not after. Don’t see your job here?
